چکیده

In-situ biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles for antibacterial activities doped with aqueous extract dry Gongronema Latifolium (DGL) is presented in this work. The absorbance was determined using a UV-Visible analysis peak 428 nm. obtained particles confirmed by the TEM image were spherical shape an average particle size between 5 and 20 A single crystalline phase FCC powder. functional groups showed phytochemical inherent sample. colloidal solution DGL-AgNPs MIC 10 µg/ml noteworthy susceptibility against bacterial strains, particularly, K. pneumonia greater than gentamicin. Based on these observations, formulated show strong bactericidal pathogens facile, benign, eco-friendly, biocompatibility innocuous synthesis procedures. This can serve as efficient agent.
